Worried by the mysterious noises, Monica, fr., consoles Christine, soph., Tonya, soph., a stand in reads in the background.

It was decided that there would only be one play for the year. TI fell on November 10th and 11th, showing at 7:30 P.M. For those two nights, six weeks of preparation went into the show, "The Green Light."

Youth was the backbone of the Drama Department's efforts. Only three seniors and a junior were involved as cast. The majority of parts fell on freshman and sophomores. However, their inexperience was replaced by a willingness to work out the rough spots. "It wasn't too much work, but it did keep me busy," said freshman Monica.

"The Green Light" was a mystery drama set in a dreary old mansion. A niece comes to visit her great uncle. After meeting his creepy butler, the group of women suspects foul play.

The play was met by sparse audiences both nights. The play, which ran about 90 minutes, met favorable reviews from those who came out to see it. However, low turn outs didn't dampen spirits at the cast party, which was held at Kathy house. The group consumed six large pizzas and a number of bottles of pop. Trivial Pursuit finished off the night of work and fun.
