Melissa, fr., helps Jackie, soph., to perfect her make-up. The play members had to have the right shades so as to look normal under the stage lights.
Christy, jr., tries to save Sarah, jr., by feeding her next. The cast tried to help each other, but sometimes they then forgot their own lines.

"Play On", a three act play, introduced a play company which had a horrible time of putting on their play, "Murder Most Foul."

The play was written by Phyllis Montague (Jessica, jr.), who continued to make changes up until the dress rehearsal. Director Jerry Dunbar (Paul, jr.), also had to deal with an unusual cast.

Also, Jerry had to deal with an air head crew. Angie (Jessica, jr.) had to keep up with lines, as well as remind Amanda (Jackie, soph.) where to be. Louise (Janelle, sr.), interrupted practices, and had to deal with Jonathan (Chad, soph.), an annoying crew member.

The real cast had problems memorizing their parts because many of the scenes had similar lines. "We had so many different ways to mess up in different places that it was hard to get things right," said Casey, soph.

Also, the cast and crew had to get to know their new directors, Mrs. Joan Valburg. She also had to deal with getting to know all of the cast members.

"Mrs. Valburg did a great job directing all of us, especially for a person who was new to the school," said Paul, jr.
