Forensics is for those who want to prove their acting expertise, or their speech giving skills, or their comedy. Forensics is for those who can make you want to cry, laugh, and be angry all at the same time. It is for those who can touch you with a few simple words or motions.

Forensics has been at Nemaha Valley High School as long as it has been a school. Since the first year it has been a highly respected organization of the school and it always required hard work from each individual involved.

Forensics is separated into many events. These events are: Duet Acting, Serious Solo Acting, Humorous Solo Acting, Extemporaneous Speech, Poetry, Prose, Oration, Informative, and Interpretational Duet Acting. People are scored individually in each category and the resulting points are tabulated into the teams final points and standings. Forensics is as much a team event as it is an individual event.

To be involved with Forensics means a lot of hard work and dedication. It means giving up Saturdays and practicing before school. That is why Forensics will be here as long as Nemaha Valley High School is still a school and that is why we will still be the best year after year.
