1971 Kayette Members
In striving to serve their school and community to the fullest, the Kayettes have undertaken many projects and activities during the past year. The highlight of the year was the honor of hosting the Kay-Kayette Unit Conference on January 21. "Teacher Appreciation Week" was planned and carried out by the Kayettes, and they also arranged the Thanksgiving and Christmas programs. Just a few of the projects undertaken throughout the 1970-71 year were CROP, Meals for Millions, and clean-up of the park. They also held Sister-Sweetheart Week in February, and a wig show sponsored for the public.

1971 KAY Members
After being organized for only one year, the Kays have striven to interest more boys in thier organization. They succeeded by increasing their membership considerably for the 1970-71 year. Throughout the past year, the Kays have undertaken such projects as sponsoring a babysitting service during the Christmas season, decorating for the Christmas Ball, and working with the Kayettes on the Kay-Kayette Unit Conference and the collection for CROP. The Kays held two money-making projects-a chili supper and a bake sale. The Kays hope to increase their membership even more for the 1971-72 school year.
