1974 Kayette MembersThis year the Kayettes tried to concentrate their service projects on school and community work. Some of their more successful projects were Teacher Appreciation Week and window washing for the community. They hoped to make others happy through their projects in addition to having fun themselves.

Winterscheidt, President, Mrs. Johannes, Sponsor 1974 Kay MembersStarting what they hope to be annual event the Kays sponsored a Kay faculty tournament with eight area high school faculty teams. With the money earned from this the Kays were able to take they Head Start children to the Topeka Zoo. Earlier in the year the Kays along with the Kayettes built the bonfire for the NVHS Homecoming, sponsored a Sock Hop and collected money for muscular dystrophy
