STUCO Speeches a Success

The Student Council was very busy during the year planning various projects and trying to make improvements that would benefit the school.
The members of Stuco kept busy during the week of October 6th, organizing homecoming and planning pregame and half time activities.
The day before Christmas, an assembly was called in the commons and names were drawn for prizes, such as a jam box which was won by Deb Claycamp, and gift certificates. Hot chocolate and cookies were then served to all students who participated. A family was also adopted, and food and gifts were donated to help make their Christmas a little brighter.
Student Council wrapped up the year with campaign speeches and elections for new officers for the 1987-1988 school year.
