After winning four more, the Raiders hit a slump and lost to ACCHS, Council Grove, Sabetha, B&B, and Hiawatha before recovering and soundly defeating five opponents before District Tournament season. Two of the five losses during the slump was in Sabetha's Invitational, which netted the Raiders Fourth Place.
The Raiders were Runners-up in Conference play, won Second Place in the District, and finished Third in the Class 2-A Regionals, played at Highland Park in Topeka.
