With only one returning starter and few players who had accumulated any playing time, the season looked gloomy. As many fans realized, the basketball team looked more like a football team taking the court.

"When I walked into the first basketball game, I didn't know what to think when I saw my offensive line on the basketball court," Said Coach Lizzol, head football coach.

As the season progressed, success seemed to be limited. Bad passing and a year long shooting slump seemed to be the deadly one-two punch for the team. But one of the most frustrating things about the season was the fact that they were never far away.

A losing season is something that many people do not want to remember, but the lessons learned from one will be remembered for the rest of their life.
