With only six girls finishing the season, the Lady Raiders tied for third in the Big Seven League Meet, and qualified two relay teams for State. The 1600 meter relay team of Lena, April, Renae, and Elly broke the school record three times in the last three weeks of the season, including lowering it by over five seconds at State to 4:16.5. That relay eventually took home the sixth place State medal, while the 400 meter relay of Misty, Lena, Elly, and Renae placed second with a season best of 51.6. Linda showed great promise in the 800 meter run.
