Dustin, fr.,j soars over the high jump bar
at the Nemaha Valley meet. Getting your knees
up and arching your back were techniques that helped high
jumpers get more height on their jump.

Erica, soph., Leslie, fr., and Michelle, soph.,
keep a steady pace to stay in the lead during the one mile run.
When running long distance, it was necessary to keep a pace which
didn't tire one out, and running with other teammates helped distance runner do this.
