Writers for years have tried to define a dream team. All agree that the team must have a perfect season. Some say the athletic talent must show clearly above all competition. According to these definitions the team was clearly a "dream team."

Few of the opponents could last more than a few minutes in league play as the dream team continued to make short work of their league opponents.

At state the team dismantled the best in 3A winning the championship a second year in a row.
