The Rowdy lady raiders had an outstanding year on the volleyball court. Adding 34 wins to the winning streak of 103 from the previous three years. This record brought the team into fifth place in the nation for all-time consecutive wins in the nation's history. "Together we're unbeatable," the team proclaimed throughout the season.

After the season Karen stated, "I thought it was great that our small school was recognized nationwide for our achievements, but at times it caused more pressure and tension."

The Lady Raiders went to state and received third, but this was not what they had hoped to get. At the end of the season the team had five players on the all-league team and one on the all-state tournament team.
