Who We Are
The Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit 501c3 organization. It is an avenue to engage the energy, skills, and financial resources of the residents, businesses and organizations of our community as an active resource for public education and our children. We are an autonomous body governed by a Board of Directors. Our role is to direct the Foundation in raising funds to help our school district continue its quest for excellence. The Board of Directors consists of a nine-member board representing our school district. Each member serves a three-year term.
Purpose
To establish a monetary fund to be used for educational projects or grants throughout the U.S.D. 442 public school systems, including granting post-secondary education scholarships to worthy students in the U.S.D. 442 school system.
